1. Acceptance

By accessing or using Kyb ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Service description

Kyb is an AI-powered enterprise architecture discovery tool. The Service allows you to create, import, edit, and query architecture models stored as RDF graphs.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Your data

You retain all rights to the architecture models and data you upload or create in the Service. We do not claim ownership of your content. We will not access your data except to provide the Service or as required by law.

5. AI features

The Service uses AI models (Anthropic Claude) to classify entities and suggest relationships. AI-generated content should be reviewed before use. We are not responsible for the accuracy of AI-generated classifications.

6. BYOK (Bring Your Own Key)

If you provide your own Anthropic API key, your API usage is governed by Anthropic's terms, not ours. We encrypt your key at rest and do not log or share it. API calls made with your key are billed directly by Anthropic.

7. Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds for partial months.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon deletion, your data will be permanently removed within 30 days.

9. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
