Managing Your Subscription

Navigate to Settings > Billing to inspect your current plan, monitor real-time monthly token consumption, or launch the Stripe Customer Portal to update payment methods, download invoices, or change subscription tiers.

Zero Data-Loss Downgrade Rules

Kyb guarantees that downgrading your plan never deletes your architecture data:

Business → Pro Downgrade

All projects are retained without data loss. The owner who initiates the downgrade remains the single editor. Other team members are demoted to viewer-only access in accordance with the single-editor Pro license.

Pro / Business → Free Downgrade

All projects are preserved intact. During the downgrade flow, a modal prompts the owner to select one project to keep editable. All remaining projects seamlessly transition to read-only view access. If you re-upgrade in the future, full edit access is restored instantly.

Unlimited AI with Bring Your Own Key (BYOK)

Regardless of your subscription plan, you can connect your own Anthropic, Google Gemini, or OpenAI API key to bypass platform token limits completely. Learn more in API Keys & BYOK.
